Co-founded with a former colleague who shares the same hospitality DNA. Blue Rabbit Group manages multi-family buildings across the Southeast — with a mission to bring hospitable residential service back to apartment living. Growth-focused, operator-led.
Miles' Story
From Resort Lobbies to Running my Own Companies.
I moved to the Low Country in 2017 and started at Marriott Vacations Worldwide — Security, Activities, Front Office, Resort Operations. In 2020, I joined Sonder, a tech-enabled hospitality startup, where I managed 60+ units in Savannah and supported task force assignments in Palm Springs, New Orleans, and Atlanta — leveraging technology to streamline maintenance, vendor coordination, and guest care.
After Sonder, I became a licensed South Carolina Property Manager at AIM Real Estate Management, handling commercial and residential properties while assisting HOA community management and projects.
Then I left to build. Zenith Degree and Blue Rabbit Group are the result of wanting to run things my way: hospitality standards, honest communication, systems that scale.
